Over an existing 12kV line, L.E. Myers crews built a 69/12kV line that feeds the Kilbourne Substation. Construction included 10.5 miles of new 336 ACSR 69kV and 12kV conductor and 257 poles – 249 wood, three laminate, and three steel poles.
